When will you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 2 days of purchasing. Scripts over 600 words may take longer. Any revisions will be delivered within 24 hours after you have requested the revision.
Do you offer revisions?
Your order includes 1 free revision on scripts of 300 words or less. If I make a mistake by missing a word or mispronouncing one, I will make one additional revision for free. For longer scripts, add a day so I can send you a sample style read for pre-approval.
Do you add background music?
Music must be supplied by you, but if you don't have music of your own, you can message me and I can get you going in the right direction! Adding music is a gig extra.
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record hateful, derogatory or vulgar language. I also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
What time zone are you in?
Central time zone (Dallas, Texas)
What accents or languages do you offer?
I offer an American accent and southern (Texas) American accent. Important: If your script includes words that are in different languages or technical jargon, there is no guarantee that I will get the pronunciation right. Please contact me before you order so we can discuss the words.
What is your communication policy?
You will receive a message from me shortly after I receive and review your script. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and wait for your response. I will post final product upon completion.
Can your recording be uploaded to Google Voice?
Yes! I can send you detailed instructions to do this yourself when your order is complete or I can upload the file to your Google Voice if you choose the Google Voice Upload Extra. You must provide your Gmail login information if you choose this option. Message me for details.
