I will check and clean your CSV with a clear data quality report
CSV checks, PDF reports and focused React fixes
About this Gig
Need to check a CSV before importing or sharing it? I will review one small CSV against clearly agreed rules and return a readable issue report.
Please message me before ordering with a sanitized sample. We agree the column meanings, allowed corrections and expected output first.
Included: 1 CSV up to 100 rows and 10 columns; up to 5 checks such as duplicate IDs, missing values, date or amount formats; whitespace cleanup and agreed formatting; a separate issue log, summary and basic validation checks. Original rows and IDs are preserved. Ambiguous values are flagged, not guessed.
Delivery: clean CSV copy, issue CSV and short written handover. One revision covers the agreed rules and original file.
My personal demo uses synthetic data and passed 12 checks. I use AI-assisted Python with verification; permission is confirmed before processing files. Do not send secrets or confidential personal data.
Excludes web scraping, research to fill missing facts, complex Excel workbooks, databases, APIs, financial certification and ongoing support. Larger files or new rules need a separate quote. French or written English.
FAQ
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send a sanitized sample and the desired checks. We confirm the schema, volume, allowed changes and deadline first. The basic package covers one CSV of up to 100 rows and 10 columns, with up to 5 agreed rules.
Do you use AI and can I send private data?
I use AI-assisted Python and verify outputs with explicit checks. We must agree that AI use is permitted. Please remove confidential personal data, credentials and secrets before sharing. The demo uses synthetic records and is not a paid client case study.
Will you remove duplicates or fill missing facts?
I flag duplicates and ambiguous or missing values in a separate issue log. I preserve original rows and identifiers. I only apply agreed formatting changes; I do not invent missing facts. One revision covers the original file and agreed rules, not extra files or new requirements.
