Q1: What materials do I need to provide to start the project?
A: Please provide floor plan / blueprint, exact room dimensions, style reference images, and your furniture requirements. Without complete information I cannot start modeling.
Q2: What does the revision include? Can I change the whole layout during revision?
A: Revisions cover adjusting colors, materials, lighting and camera angle. Full layout redesign, changing room size or adding new furniture is considered new work and will incur extra cost.
Q3: What file format will I receive? Do I get the 3D source file?
A: You will receive high‑resolution JPG render images. 3D source files are NOT included in any package, you can purchase it as an extra add‑on.
Q4: Can I order 360 panorama / panoramic render?
A: Yes, 360‑degree panorama is an extra add‑on service, it is not included in base packages. Please add it when placing order.
Q5: Can you deliver faster than the standard time?
A: Expedited 3‑day delivery add‑on is available. Please make sure all required materials are ready upon order, or the timeline will be delayed.
