What do I pay besides this gig?
Meta charges per WhatsApp conversation and the AI model (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) charges per use. For most small businesses this is a few dollars a month. Everything is set up in your own accounts, so you keep full control.
Can the chatbot answer questions based on my private company files?
Absolutely! In the Standard and Premium packages, I implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) which allows the bot to search your PDFs, docs, or site pages and answer strictly based on them.
Which WhatsApp number can I use?
A WhatsApp Business number on the official Meta Cloud API. It can be a new number or your current one moved from the WhatsApp Business app. I guide you through Meta's verification. The same bot can also run on your website and Instagram.
Will the bot generate wrong or inappropriate answers (hallucinations)?
I implement strict custom prompt guardrails and system instructions that command the bot to only answer from your provided data and say 'I don't know' if the answer isn't there, keeping it safe and professional.
Do you offer post-setup support?
Yes, I provide 15 to 30 days of support (depending on the package) to test the chatbot in production, adjust system prompts, and make sure it works perfectly.
