About this Gig
I move company email to Microsoft 365 without losing a single message, and without your team noticing the switch.
What I do:
- Migrate mailboxes from GoDaddy, Google Workspace, cPanel webmail, Zoho, Exchange or any IMAP provider
- Keep every email, folder, contact and calendar entry, with the folder structure intact
- Configure your domain properly: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so your mail lands in the inbox instead of spam
- Set up Outlook on desktop and phone for each user
- Run the cutover so nobody loses email while the domain switches over
What I need from you:
- Access to your current email provider and to your domain DNS
- The list of mailboxes to migrate
- A window for the final cutover, so we do it when it hurts least

The time depends on the size of your account and the source provider. Small migrations (up to 10GB) can take a few hours, while larger migrations may take 24 to 72 hours. My goal is to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

No! My migrations are performed with zero downtime, ensuring that your emails continue to function normally while the transfer is in progress.
3️⃣ Do you configure DNS records like MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
Yes! I take care of the entire DNS setup to ensure secure and efficient email delivery.
4️⃣ Will my emails, contacts, and calendars be migrated?
Yes! In addition to emails, I can migrate contacts and calendars, depending on the source provider. If there are any limitations, I will inform you before starting the migration.
5️⃣ Do you provide support after the migration?
Yes! After the migration, I offer support to ensure everything is working correctly and to assist with any necessary adjustments or questions.
