Do you write up a lease for me?
No, only a review of what you have & depending on gig suggestions/corrections/analysis. My memo will outline the good and bad of the lease paragraphs I have a gig for creating a lease/contract/agreement, this gig is for a review of what you have now
What about revisions?
Please send me what I ask for in gig. If you do so,no revisions are needed. Also, if you send more documents, etc.post order, your order will be modified w/ additional costs Ask questions, if you are not sure. NO REVISIONS- has to be paid for up front at time of order. see GIG extras
