I will download and align your fastq samples to the genome
About this Gig
Public microarray or RNAseq data are really useful for different analyses. These files are very heavy, and a powerful computational infrastructure is needed to obtain them. Using a linux HPC, I will download all your data (fastq samples) from public databases such as SRA, ENA, NIH, etc. I will align them to the genome (human, mouse, zebrafish...) using STAR or Salmon aligner, and I will give you the raw counts with which you will be able to perform downstream analysis.
In addition, I will provide you with an html report with the metrics, statistics and quality control steps of the aligned samples.
Each sample will cost $5
