Do you pay for the AWS hosting costs?
No, the buyer must provide their own AWS account, and all hosting fees are paid directly to Amazon by the buyer. I am responsible for the setup and management, not the monthly hosting bills.
How do I share my AWS credentials with you safely?
Please do not share your main root account password. You can create an IAM (Identity and Access Management) User with Administrator access specifically for me, or provide temporary access keys. I can guide you on how to do this safely if you need help!
Do you offer support after the order is completed?
Yes! My Standard and Premium packages include revisions. If something isn't working exactly as we agreed in the initial requirements, I will fix it. For long-term ongoing maintenance, we can set up a custom monthly gig.
What if my project requires something not listed in your packages?
Every cloud environment is unique. If you need a complex architecture, a hybrid cloud setup, or integration with other services, please send me a message! I can create a custom offer tailored exactly to your business needs.
Will server patching cause downtime for my website or application?
