In basic package, I will just setup your registered domain in Office/MS365 Admin Center.

In standard, I will also setup your mailboxes, apply forwarders and aliases (if required) and apply licenses to each mailbox which are bought by you.

In premium, besides above, I will also aid in migration of your Outlook (mail data/pst files), outlook.com accounts, gmail accounts with their emails into Office/MS 365.
