Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me before ordering, especially if your project includes consistent characters, accurate products, dialogue, lip sync or several locations. I will review your idea and recommend the right package.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your idea or script, desired duration and format, visual references, logo, brand colors, product images and any important instructions. High-quality reference images will help achieve a more accurate result.
Can you help me develop the concept or script?
Yes. Basic requires a clear concept or script from the client. Standard includes script adaptation and shot planning. Premium includes concept development, scriptwriting and a detailed storyboard or shot list.
Can you keep the same character or product throughout the video?
Yes, character and product consistency are available depending on the package. Clear reference images are required. Because AI generation has technical limitations, absolute frame-by-frame identity cannot always be guaranteed, but I will maintain the closest possible visual consistency.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions include reasonable adjustments to editing, timing, text, music, sound and approved scenes. A new concept, rewritten script, different character, new visual style or complete scene replacement is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.
Can you create an exact copy of my product?
I can work with your product images and maintain its main appearance. Products requiring perfect packaging, labels, text or technical accuracy may need manual compositing and will be quoted separately.
Are voiceover, subtitles and lip sync included?
AI voiceover and subtitles are included in the Standard and Premium packages. Lip sync, multiple speakers, specific languages or custom voice requirements may require an additional fee.
Which formats and resolutions will I receive?
You will receive a professionally edited 1080p MP4 video in one selected format: 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. Additional aspect ratios and 4K upscaling are available as extras.
Can I use the finished video commercially?
Yes, the finished video can be used for the agreed commercial purpose. You must have permission to use all logos, photos, characters, products and other materials you provide.
Will I receive prompts or editable project files?
The standard delivery includes the final edited video only. Prompts, generation workflow and source materials are not included. An editable video editing project file may be available as an extra when technically possible.
