Hello, Im Gustavo, a QA Tester with professional experience in IT. My career has allowed me to develop an analytical, risk-oriented approach focused on the actual quality of the product. I perform manual testing on websites and mobile apps, conducting functional and exploratory testing, form validation, review of critical workflows, visual error detection, and basic usability evaluation.
Testing is conducted in a real-world environment:
Desktop: Windows 11 on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
Mobile: iPhone 15 (iOS) on Safari and Google Chrome
You will receive a professional PDF report detailing the scenarios tested, errors detected, severity, expected vs. actual results, steps to reproduce, screenshots, a summary recording, and recommendations for improvement.

What kind of testing do you do?
I perform manual functional and exploratory testing on websites and mobile apps. I also check forms, user flows, visual errors, and behaviors that could affect product quality.
What will I receive upon completion of the service?
You will receive a professional PDF report detailing the scenarios tested, errors detected, severity level, expected vs. actual behavior, steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots, and a summary video, depending on the package you purchased.
On which devices and browsers do you conduct testing?
Standard testing is conducted on: Desktop (Windows 11): Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Mobile (iPhone 15 – iOS): Safari and Google Chrome
Can I request testing on more than one device or browser?
Yes. Each package includes 1 device and 1 browser. If you’d like additional testing on another available device or browser, you can add it as an extra service depending on the scope of the project.
Do you include usability or user experience testing?
Yes. In advanced packages, I can include basic observations on usability, navigation, and opportunities to improve the user experience.
What is not included in the service?
It does not include automated testing, load/stress testing, advanced security audits, ethical hacking, or source code reviews.
What do you need to get started with testing?
I'll need the website URL or access to the application, test credentials if applicable, and the features you want to prioritize.
How do you determine the severity of errors?
I classify findings based on their impact on functionality, user experience, and system flow: Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
