Q: Do I need to give you a detailed brief?
A: The more context you give me the better the copy will be. I'll send you a short list of questions when you order so nothing gets missed. If you're unsure about anything just message me first.
Q: Will the copy sound like my brand?
A: Yes — that's the whole point. Before I write anything I'll ask about your tone, your audience, and your business. The copy will sound like you, not like a generic template.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the first draft?
A: Every package includes revisions. If something doesn't feel right just tell me specifically what needs changing and I'll sort it. I want you to be genuinely happy with what you receive.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Delivery times are shown on each package. If you need something faster message me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
Q: Do you write for any industry?
A: Mostly yes. I work best with service businesses, trades, hospitality, health and wellness, and coaching. Not sure if I'm a good fit? Just message me and we'll find out quickly.
