I am an expert HW design engineer with 20 years of experience, I am a technology enthusiast.
I design:
- BLDC and PMSM motor drivers,
- Gas engine ignition and motor control systems
- test devices
- LED PCBs,
- Super High speed high power LED flash driver
- CNC control systems,
- High Speed signal measurement systems,
- RFID antennas, etc.
- high speed industrial Camera system
I know Arduino, RPi, Teensy4.1, ST, STM32, Infineon, Texas Instruments, TI TMS320 C2xxxx, Xilinx, Altera, NXP RT1xxx etc. microcontrollers and FPGAs.
I design mostly with KiCAD, Mentor Graphics PADS professional and Altium Designer.
You will get all the source files.
In the premium package you get also a 3D rendering of your device in your device housing, done with SolidEdge and Blender.
For extra time and money, if you send me the parts, I can let the PCB be manufactured and I prototype your device.
Testing can be done as extra, with siutable Test-Firmware written for your microcontroller, Arduino or RPi or whatever you need.

What's needed to start the work?
Describe me your need, desired outcome etc. So please specify me what's to be done and how it should look like.
If prototyping, where is PCB manufactured?
Mostly china. But it depends on your needs. If IP security is needed, even in-house manufacturing is possible Ill use JLCPCB for the 1-2 and 4 Layer boards. Ill use PCBWay for the 4-16 layer boards
Prototyping parts come from
You. You are responsible of sending me all the parts, so I can build and test the device. If you need sourcing help, I can buy them too.
CE tests?
No. I do not test for conformity to electromagnetic radiation and susceptivity. BUT I design your part as good as possible to fulfill the standards. Design for EMC. If tests are needed, I have a partner with a good lab.
