FAQ
Which platforms can you migrate from?
Heroku, DigitalOcean, Render, cPanel or shared hosting, any VPS, and on-premise servers. If your app runs somewhere today, I can usually move it.
Do you work with Azure as well as AWS?
Yes, for deployments on Azure App Service and Virtual Machines. For larger production setups (containers, infrastructure as code, multi-environment), AWS is my main specialty. Message me and I'll confirm the best fit.
Will my website go down during the migration?
I build and test the new environment in parallel, then switch DNS at a time you choose. Downtime is usually minimal but i can make it zero-downtime in case of production, and of course a rollback plan is always ready.
Do I need to give you my cloud account access?
Yes, through a temporary user with only the permissions needed. I can send you a short guide to create it if needed, and you can delete it right after delivery. Everything stays in your account.
What do I get at the end?
A working deployment, CI/CD from your GitHub repository, and handover notes: what was set up, how to deploy updates, and where to check logs and costs.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Anything related to my work is fixed free for 7 days after delivery (14 days for Premium). After that, I'm happy to help through a new order.
