Ali Haider Awan
About this gig
AI-Powered WhatsApp Chatbot Development
What I do
I build WhatsApp Business API chatbots for businesses that need real automation not just simple keyword replies. I've built production AI systems including real-time conversational pipelines and RAG-based chatbots that answer questions using your own business data (docs, FAQs, product info).
What you get
- Custom WhatsApp bot connected to WhatsApp Business API
- AI-powered responses (not scripted flows) using LLMs like GPT/Gemini/Claude
- Optional: bot trained on your own documents/knowledge base
- Clean, tested, and documented handover
Support
I provide post-delivery support to fix issues and make small adjustments so your bot runs reliably from day one.
Let's talk
Message me with what you need the bot to do, and I'll scope a solution that fits your budget and timeline.

FAQ
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account already?
No. I can help you apply for and set up WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) access through Meta or a Business Solution Provider (BSP) as part of the project.
What's the difference between a simple chatbot and an AI-powered chatbot?
A simple chatbot follows fixed keyword/button flows. An AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot uses an LLM (GPT, Gemini, or Claude) to understand natural language and give dynamic, context-aware answers — including answering from your own business documents using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Can the chatbot integrate with my CRM or existing tools?
Yes. I can connect your WhatsApp bot to CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or your own database, plus tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, or n8n/Make.com for automated workflows.
Can the bot handle appointment booking, orders, or lead capture?
Yes — I build WhatsApp automation for appointment scheduling, order collection, lead qualification, and follow-up sequences, tailored to your business flow.
What platforms/tools do you use to build the WhatsApp Business API bot?
Python/FastAPI or Node.js backend, WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), webhook integrations, and LLM APIs for AI responses. For automation-heavy builds, I also use n8n.
How long does WhatsApp chatbot development take?
A standard rule-based bot takes 3–5 days. An AI-powered chatbot with custom data/RAG integration typically takes 7–12 days depending on complexity.
Do you provide the WhatsApp Business API setup and Meta verification?
Yes, I can guide you through or fully handle Meta Business verification and WhatsApp Business API approval if you don't have it yet.
Is ongoing support included after delivery?
Yes, I include a support window post-delivery to fix bugs and make adjustments. Extended maintenance/monthly support is available separately.
Can you migrate my existing chatbot to WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, I can migrate bots from Telegram, web widgets, or WhatsApp unofficial APIs to the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
