Do you test with real users or is this an expert UX review?
This gig is an expert UX review. I use UX best practices, heuristics and task‑based walkthroughs. I do not recruit test users, but I can use your existing analytics or recordings if you provide them.
What do you need from me to start the audit?
I need your website or app URL (or prototype), your main goal (e.g. signups, sales), your target audience, and which pages or flows matter most. Any analytics or user feedback you have is a bonus.
Will you redesign my pages or app screens?
This gig focuses on analysis and recommendations, not full visual redesign. In the Premium package I include simple wireframe‑level suggestions for key screens. For full UI design, please contact me for a custom offer.
Do you review both desktop and mobile?
Yes. By default I review the desktop experience, and in Standard and Premium I also check mobile where relevant. If your product is mobile‑only, I will focus the audit entirely on that.
What types of products do you work with?
I work with SaaS dashboards, web apps, landing pages, e‑commerce flows and mobile apps (MVP or live). If you are unsure whether your project fits, send me a message with your URL and I will confirm.
How do revisions for this gig work?
Revisions are used to clarify or refine the report, not to add many new pages or flows. If something is unclear, I will explain it better or add detail within the revision limit of your package.
