I build web apps from scratch, solo architecture, backend, frontend, database, deployment. No handoffs between a designer, a backend dev, and a PM who's never touched the code. Just one person who owns the whole build.

Do I own the code after the project is done?
Yes, full ownership transfers to you once the final payment is released — no licensing, no strings attached.
I don't have designs or wireframes yet — is that a problem?
Not at all. I'll build with clean, functional design by default. If you have a Figma file or reference site, even better — just add it in the requirements.
What tech stack do you use?
React/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, PostgreSQL or Supabase for the database. If your project has a specific stack requirement, let me know before you order.
What if my project needs more than what's in the tier scope?
That's what add-ons are for — extra features, integrations, or revisions can be added without restarting the whole process. If the change is bigger than an add-on, we'll agree on a scope update before I proceed.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
The app is deployed and delivered live, but hosting/domain costs themselves are on your own account (usually free-tier friendly for an MVP). This keeps you in full control of your own infrastructure.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief on what the app does, your core feature list, and any design reference — details are in the requirements section. Most of it takes just a few minutes to fill out.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, just add it as an optional requirement when you order and I'll sign before we start.
