What documents can the chatbot read?
PDF, DOCX, and TXT files. If you need another format, let me know before ordering — it can usually be added.
Which AI model do you use?
I primarily build with Google Gemini, but I can also integrate OpenAI or other LLMs depending on your preference and budget — just mention this in the requirements.
Will the chatbot ever make up false information?
No — I build in guardrails specifically to prevent this. If the answer isn't in your documents, the chatbot says so instead of guessing. This is a core part of every package, not an add-on.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes. You'll need your own Gemini or OpenAI API key so the chatbot can run under your account — I don't include API usage costs in the project price, since those are ongoing and usage-based. I'll guide you through getting one if you don't have it already.
Can this be integrated into my existing website or CRM?
Yes, on the Standard and Premium packages — the backend is a REST API that can connect to your existing site or system. Basic package is a standalone dashboard only.
Does this include hosting/deployment?
Basic and Standard packages give you the full source code to run yourself. Premium includes deployment assistance to a live cloud host (e.g. Render, Railway).
How many documents can I upload?
Basic supports up to 5, Standard up to 20, Premium is unlimited (within reasonable use). Need more on a lower tier? Check my add-ons or message me.
Can you add user login / authentication?
Not included by default — message me before ordering if you need this, and I'll scope it as a custom add-on.
