What do I need to provide before ordering?
You can share to us a character design or reference sheet. If you don’t have one, we can help create it as an additional service 😆💜
What kind of file formats will I receive?
You’ll get a VRM file ready to use for streaming. Upon request, We can also provide .blend, .vroid, and .fbx files too. But if you need a specific files, feel free to share it with us! ^^
Will the model be rigged and ready for use?
Yes, your model will be fully rigged and ready for VTubing apps such as VSeeFace, Luppet, or VTube Studio.
What if there is a problem with the file after delivery?
Hit us up. We will work on the revision as you desire. Perhaps there is a problem in the layering system? or in somewhere else? We will fixed it.
How long will it take to finish?
Turnaround time is usually 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders are possible with an extra fee ^^
