FAQ
Which files do you accept?
CSV and XLSX files. I can also work with a Google Sheets file exported as CSV or XLSX. Please include any Shopify error message or a small example of the desired output.
Will you upload the products to my Shopify store?
No. For safety, I provide the corrected CSV and validation notes only. I do not request Shopify admin access or perform the import. You should back up your store and test a small batch first.
Can you update my existing Shopify products?
This Gig is currently for new product imports only. Existing product, variant, inventory, or SKU updates are outside the initial scope because overwrite errors can affect live store data.
What happens if product information is missing?
I will flag the affected rows and explain what is missing. I will not invent prices, SKUs, inventory, descriptions, or other product facts without information from you.
What counts as one item in a package?
One item means one row in the source spreadsheet. Product variants may occupy separate rows, so please check the total number of rows before selecting a package.
