What do you need from me to start?
Share the source file or URL, the fields you want filled in, and any format rules. If you have a sample row or an example “final” file, that helps a lot.
What will I receive at delivery?
You’ll get an updated Excel or Google Sheet (or your requested format), plus clear notes on what was added, cleaned, or changed.
How do you ensure accuracy and consistency?
We run checks for duplicates, formatting consistency, and obvious errors. If anything looks unclear, we’ll confirm it with you before finalizing.
How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive data?
Your files stay confidential and are used only for your order. We keep all communication and delivery on Fiverr. If you need masking or redactions, tell us upfront.
How do you handle contact information research and collection?
My method is purely manual. I will use google searches, social media searches, and public 3rd party directories to find accurate information. If it is not possible, I will leave the field blank and explain the reason in notes.
