FAQ
What does “Production-Ready” mean?
Production-Ready means the artwork is prepared for the ONE production purpose and requirements agreed in your order. It does not mean one file is guaranteed to work with every machine, RIP, CAM system, material, or production workflow without additional setup.
What source files can you work from?
I can review JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, or the best artwork file you currently have. Low-resolution raster artwork and messy auto-traced vectors can both be evaluated.
Can you prepare files for Laser or CNC?
Yes, for simple 2D vector geometry only, such as clean cut outlines or engraving vectors. Basic does not include CAM setup, toolpaths, kerf compensation, nesting, tabs, feeds and speeds, G-code, or machine-specific validation.
Can you prepare artwork for DTF or Screen Printing?
Yes. For Print / DTF, Basic can include clean scalable artwork and simple color/layer organization, but RIP setup is not included. For Simple Screen Print, Basic is intended for simple solid spot-color artwork. Advanced separation, halftone and simulated process are not included.
What if my artwork is complex?
Please send the source file before ordering. Detailed illustration, complex lettering, gradients, textures, damaged source material, reconstruction, multiple artworks, multiple production purposes, or work expected to exceed the Basic scope requires a custom quote.
What does the 1 revision include?
The revision covers small corrections to the same artwork and the same production purpose, such as path or curve correction, minor shape correction, a missing object from the original source, simple color/layer organization, or an agreed export-format correction. It does not include a new artwork,
