What do you need from me before you start working?
Just your Fourthwall login details or Collaborator Access, your branding assets if you have any (logo, colors, fonts), and a quick note on the vibe you're going for. I'll ask for anything else I need once we start.
I already have a Fourth wall store but it looks outdated. Can you fix what's already there instead of starting over?
Yes, that's exactly what the redesign option is for. Send me your current store link and tell me what's bothering you about it, and I'll work with what's already there instead of rebuilding everything from scratch.
How many products can you upload during setup?
It depends on your package. Basic covers up to 10 products, Standard covers up to 25, and Premium covers up to 35. If you have more than that, just message me first and we can figure out a fair add-on.
Will I be able to edit the store myself after you're done?
Definitely. You'll have full access and control of your store once it's delivered. I can also walk you through how to update products, swap images, or change text yourself if you want to be hands off going forward.
Can you design my logo or merch designs too, or just the store itself?
This gig focuses on the store itself, the layout, branding integration, and product listings. If you need original logo or merch artwork created from scratch, let me know before ordering and I can let you know if that's something I can add on.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I want my store to look like yet?
That's completely fine. A lot of buyers come to me without a clear vision yet. Just share a few brands or stores you like the look of, or tell me about your content/products, and I'll build out design directions from there.
Do you work with creators and YouTubers specifically, or just regular merch sellers?
Both. I've worked with content creators who needed a store that matched their channel's branding, and with general POD and merch sellers who just wanted a clean, professional looking shop. Either way, I'll tailor the design to fit you.
Can I make changes after you deliver the store?
Yes. Each package includes revisions within the delivery window. After that, small tweaks can usually be handled quickly, just message me.
Do I need to already have a Fourth wall account before we start?
Yes, you'll need your own Fourthwall account set up since it's tied to your payouts and ownership. If you haven't created one yet, no worries, I'll walk you through exactly what to set up before we begin.
