FAQ
What format will I receive for my digital menu board?
A: For a static restaurant menu, you will receive ultra-high-definition files (1080p Full HD or 4K UHD) in JPG, PNG, or print-ready PDF formats. For an animated menu, you will receive a smooth, high-quality MP4 or MOV video file set to an endless seamless loop.
How do I display the menu on my TV or digital screen?
The files are plug-and-play ready. You can load the MP4 video or JPG image directly onto a standard USB drive and plug it into your Smart TV's media player, or upload it to any cloud-based digital signage software.
Can you design for both horizontal and vertical screen orientations?
Yes. Whether your tv screen menu is mounted in landscape (horizontal, 16:9) or portrait (vertical, 9:16) mode, the layout will be custom-sized to match your exact display orientation.
Can you design a synchronized multi-screen setup?
Yes. I can design seamless 2, 3, or 4-screen overhead setups for fast-casual counters, either as continuous static boards or synchronized multi-panel animated displays. Please message me with your screen count so we can arrange a custom offer.
What do you need from me to get started?
To begin your digital menu board design, please provide: Your finalized menu text and pricing (Word, Excel, or typed notes) Your restaurant logo (vector file or transparent PNG) High-resolution food images (if you want real photos included)
What if I need to change prices or menu items later?
If you add the source file extra to your order (Photoshop, Illustrator, or an editable Canva link), you can edit it yourself anytime. Alternatively, feel free to contact me in the future for quick text and price revisions.
