Groq runs inference faster than most AI models which means your auto-reply goes out within seconds of receiving an email, not minutes. It also handles context well so replies feel natural and relevant to what the person actually wrote, not generic.
Will the AI reply to every single email including spam?
No. I build filtering logic into the workflow so the system ignores newsletters, promotional emails, and spam. Only genuine human emails that match your defined rules will trigger an AI reply. You decide what gets replied to and what gets ignored.
Can I switch from Groq to a different AI model later?
Yes. The workflow is built in n8n which makes it easy to swap the AI model. If you later want to use OpenAI or Claude instead of Groq, I can update the connection. The Standard and Premium packages include source code so you can also do it yourself.
Do I need a Groq API key to use this?
Yes you will need a free Groq API key which you can get at console.groq.com in under 2 minutes. The free tier is generous enough for most business inboxes. I will guide you through the setup as part of the delivery process.
What happens if the AI is not sure how to reply to an email?
I build an escalation rule into the system. If the AI detects a message that is too sensitive, complex, or does not match any defined category, it flags the email and sends you a notification instead of replying automatically. Your important emails always stay in your control.
