FAQ
Do I need to supply the lead list, or do you provide the contacts?
You will need to provide the lead list with phone numbers, contact names, and relevant business or property details. If you don't have a list yet, feel free to send me a message before ordering—I can direct you on where and how to source verified lead lists for your specific niche.
Who provides the phone line/dialer, and how are calling fees handled?
I can make calls directly using your preferred CRM or dialer (such as RingCentral, AirCall, Skype, Twilio, or Google Voice). If you do not currently have a calling platform set up, we can discuss the best virtual phone option to ensure local caller ID numbers for higher answer rates.
Can you call leads within my local time zone?
Yes, absolutely. I adjust my call schedules to align directly with your target market's business hours across North America (EST, CST, MST, PST), Europe (GMT/BST, CET), and Australia (AEST) to ensure calls land during optimal contact windows.
Will you follow my existing script, or can you help write one?
Both! If you already have a proven pitch, I will study and execute it seamlessly. If you don't have a script ready, I can help draft a natural, conversational script focused on value, objection handling, and landing appointments.
How do I track call results and scheduled appointments?
After every cold calling session, you will receive an updated call log (via Google Sheets or Excel) detailing the status of every lead (e.g., Interested, Follow-Up Needed, No Answer, Gatekeeper, Do Not Call). Warm leads and confirmed appointments can be booked directly onto your calendar (Calendly,
How do you handle gatekeepers and tough sales objections?
I use a confident, professional, and peer-to-peer conversational tone rather than reading from a rigid script. By establishing quick rapport, identifying pain points, and addressing common pushbacks calmly, I navigate gatekeepers to reach actual decision-makers.
What happens if a prospect does not answer on the first attempt?
Unanswered numbers are categorized in your call log. Depending on your package, I can conduct second or third follow-up attempts at different times of the day or leave strategic, concise voicemails to encourage callbacks.
Can you handle technical or specialized B2B offers?
Yes. Before launching any campaign, I conduct a brief onboarding review to understand your core value proposition, primary target pain points, and target buyer persona so I can represent your brand accurately on every call.
Can you provide a British accent?
Yes.
