What Shopify access will you need?
I normally need Shopify collaborator access with permission to edit themes. Please do not send passwords through ordinary messages.
Will you create a theme backup?
Yes. I will duplicate the live theme before making major code changes whenever your theme setup allows it.
Can you work on the Dawn theme?
Yes. I can fix and customize Dawn and many other Shopify OS 2.0 themes.
Can you fix mobile responsive issues?
Yes. I can correct mobile layout, spacing, alignment, overflow, image, menu and section-display issues.
Can you build a custom Shopify section?
Yes. Custom sections are available through the Premium package or as a custom offer, depending on complexity.
Can you fix third-party Shopify apps?
I can diagnose theme conflicts and adjust the app’s storefront styling or integration. I cannot change the private source code of an app owned by another company.
Do you provide unlimited revisions?
Yes I provide unlimited revisions untill 100% client's satisfaction.
Will your work affect my live store?
I will normally work on a duplicated theme first. The completed changes can be reviewed before being published to the live store.
Do you guarantee increased sales?
No honest developer can guarantee sales. I guarantee completion of the agreed technical work, but sales also depend on traffic, products, pricing, marketing and customer demand.
