What is vector format ?
Vector formats are high resolution versions of your logo. No matter how much you zoom it, It wont get pixelated . AI,SVG,EPS,PDF are vector format
What if you're not online when I message you ?
I am online most of the hours. But if I am not online then most probably it's sleeping time in my country. You can place the order directly if you think I can do the work by looking at my portfolio. Refer the extras section too if you need different formats or faster delivery
What's your delivery approach.
After vectorizing your image, the preview image will be delivered within stated time, usually 24hrs or as agreed depending on the complexity of your order. Once you confirm the preview image, the vector ai,eps,pdf and svg files would then be delivered.
What file you can attached for vector tracing?
Any kind of Inferior quality logo, icon, symbol, graphic, signature or scan documents.
