What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your raw data (Excel, CSV, PDF or photo), a short description of desired outputs (columns, calculations, report layout), and any examples or templates you like. If data is in PDF/image, send clear scans.
Can you work with large data files or scanned PDFs?
Yes. For scanned PDFs or images I will convert data manually or using tools, then verify for accuracy. For very large datasets (over 10,000 rows) please message first so I can set an appropriate delivery time and price.
Do you provide the editable source file?
Yes. By default I deliver an editable .xlsx file. If you need other formats (CSV, Google Sheets, PDF report), mention it in the requirements.
How many revisions are included?
Basic and Standard include 2 revisions; Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased on demand
Can you deliver faster (urgent)?
Yes — choose the Fast Delivery extra or message me before ordering so I can confirm feasibility. Urgent delivery may carry an extra fee.
Will my data stay confidential?
Absolutely. I respect client privacy — your data will not be shared and will be deleted from my system after delivery upon request. For formal needs, we can sign an NDA (message me).
What Excel versions do you use?
I use the latest Microsoft Excel. Files are compatible with Excel 2016 and newer. If you require Google Sheets, I can provide that as well.
Do you offer refunds?
I aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy, please message me — I will fix the issue. Refunds are handled case by case if the delivered work is not as described and cannot be fixed.
Can you automate recurring reports?
Yes. For recurring monthly/weekly reports I can create templates with automated formulas and a refresh guide. This is best offered in Standard or Premium packages — message me for a custom offer.
