No. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on the final package weight, dimensions, and destination.
How long can you store my packages?
I offer 7 days of free storage per package. After that, a small fee applies (€2 per package per week).
Do you provide photos of my packages?
Yes, I can provide basic photo proof of your packages before shipping. Detailed photos can be provided on request.
Can you open my packages to remove invoices or extra materials?
Yes. I can unwrap and remove unnecessary packaging materials upon your request.
Which courier companies do you use?
I work with trusted companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local couriers, depending on your destination and budget.
Can I send you a shipping label, and you just send the package?
Yes, you can create your own shipping label and send it to me. I will attach the label and dispatch the package as per your instructions.
How tracking is provided for shipments?
Tracking is provided through the courier used (e.g. Poste Italiane, DHL, UPS). Once shipped, I’ll share the tracking number with you directly.
