Do I need to share my SYS or root password?
No. I can work through a screen share (AnyDesk, Zoom or Teams) while you stay in control of your machine, or I can give you the exact commands to run yourself. You never need to send passwords in chat.
Can you fix issues on a production database?
Yes. Before making any change, I explain what I plan to do and why, and I recommend taking a backup first if the fix is risky. Nothing happens without your approval.
What information do you need to get started?
Please send the exact error message or a screenshot, your Oracle version and operating system, and the relevant alert log excerpt. If it involves Data Guard or RMAN, include the output of the failing command.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
I’ll tell you honestly as early as possible, usually after the first diagnosis. If I can’t resolve it, I’ll cancel the order so you get a refund. Deep problems like block corruption or ORA-00600 may need Oracle Support, and I’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Which Oracle versions and platforms do you support?
