I only have an idea or rough sketch. Can you still help?
Yes. Many projects begin with nothing more than a written idea, rough drawing, reference image or problem that needs to be solved. We can use that information to research and explore different product directions through industrial design sketches and concept development.
Do you consider ergonomics and how the product will be used?
Yes. Where relevant, we consider grip, reach, proportions, control placement, user interaction and human-product contact during concept development. The goal is to make the product direction both visually strong and intuitive to use.
Can you create a 3D model of my concept?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include 3D concept models to help evaluate the product's form, proportions, ergonomics and overall appearance. These are concept-development models. Detailed manufacturing-ready CAD can be developed separately after the design direction is approved.
Can you redesign or improve an existing product?
Yes. You can send us photos, sketches, dimensions, CAD files or details of the existing product. We can explore improvements to its form, aesthetics, proportions, ergonomics and overall design language.
Do you provide CMF development?
Yes. Depending on the selected package, we can explore Color, Material & Finish (CMF) directions based on the product, intended user and desired brand positioning.
Can you physically test the concept?
Yes. As a separate stage, we can prepare suitable concepts for 3D printing and physical prototyping to evaluate size, grip, proportions and interaction before moving further into engineering.
Can you continue with detailed CAD after the concept is approved?
Yes. Once the concept direction is finalized, our team can continue separately with detailed 3D CAD, mechanical engineering, internal components, assemblies, technical drawings, prototyping, DFM and manufacturing support.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my product idea?
Yes. We're happy to review and sign a reasonable NDA before you share confidential product information.
What types of products can you design?
We can work across a wide range of physical consumer products, including handheld devices, tools, appliances, consumer electronics, personal-care products, dispensers, accessories, smart devices and other products where form and user interaction matter.
