I will convert any room into an isometric style 3d model and render it according to the art style shown in portfolio. Will also send a cross platform 3D file if required.

Packages:

• Basic: Your room with only be composed of Approx. ~5 main objects with exception of 1 or 2 objects
• Standard: Your room with only be composed of Approx. ~10 main objects with exception of 1 or 2 objects
• Premium: Your room with only be composed of Approx. ~15 main objects with exception of 1 or 2 objects

How I create 3d models:

• I collect all the reference images and build an organized directory structure for project
• Use tools like Blender3D, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, Mixamo and Photoshop to make your room as you require.
• Render out Images. Usually one HD render
• Package the source file and cross-platform file formats like .FBX or GLTF along with all texture into a zip file and deliver.
