Can you review and mark up plans I already have?
Yes. Send your current set. We review it against your city's checklist, mark up what is missing or non-compliant, and either hand you the markups or update the drawings ourselves. Your choice.
The city rejected my plans twice. Can you still help?
That is exactly when to call us. Multiple rejections usually mean the same items keep getting missed. We go through every comment, fix the root issues, and prepare a resubmission set built to clear review.
How long does a typical permit set take?
It depends on sheets, calculations, and city requirements, so we quote a real date instead of a fake fast one. Message your scope and deadline and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can I just place the order without messaging first?
Please do not. Permit scope varies by city and project, and the wrong package wastes your money and time. A short message first locks in scope, price, timeline, and availability.
What should I send you to start fixing my rejected drawings?
Three things: the city's rejection or comment letter, your current drawings in PDF or DWG, and the project address. From those we map every comment to a fix and quote a firm scope before you order.
Do you just edit the drawings, or also answer the city in writing?
Both. We correct the sheets and prepare a written response that addresses each plan check comment by number. Reviewers expect that response, and it is what moves a resubmittal toward approval.
Do you work with Texas civil and structural projects?
Yes. Projects involving a Texas Civil Engineer or Texas Structural Engineer can be reviewed after confirming the address, jurisdiction, required services, and available project information.
