Will it sound like a robot?
That depends on the prompt work, which is most of the job. I write the conversation around how your customers actually ask things, test it against real scenarios, and tune until it reads naturally.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It hands off to a human and says so plainly rather than inventing an answer. Where that handoff sits is something we set deliberately, based on what you are willing to let it handle.
Does the voice agent need A2P or other registration?
Voice does not need A2P, but SMS follow-up from the same number does. I will tell you what applies to your setup, and I can handle the registration.
