How do I schedule a session before placing the order?
Before you place an order message me, I’ll send you a calendar link to pick your preferred slot.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
You can reschedule a session with at least 30 minutes notice. Late cancellations or no-shows (over 15 minutes late) will be marked as completed. While for genuine reasons rescheduling can be still considered.
What happens if I miss a session?
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed. However, if you inform me in advance, I’ll do my best to reschedule.
Can I reschedule multiple times?
Occasional reschedules are acceptable based on genuine reasons as we all are humans, but repeated changes may affect future availability.
Can I pause or delay a tutoring package once started?
Yes, I'm flexible. However, all sessions should be completed within a reasonable timeframe: • 5-hour packs — within 6 weeks • 10-hour packs — within 10 weeks If you expect delays, please notify me in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
