*Add Trims like Zipper, Button and other all trims.

*Create Rending and PNG file sent to customer for their review.

*Create Project file DXF file and sent to Customer.

*Make Grading (Rule) file and sent to customer.

*Conduct virtual fit adjustments on 3D scan dummies, according to style, fabric and activity.

*Make Measurement chart with Grading and sent back to customer.

* Strong understanding of styling, construction, fabric and fit for accuracy.

* Implement time study for each process in 3D pattern and fit module, to analyze system speed and efficiency.

*Up-date PDM & CM systems for relevant attributes.

* Closely Monitoring critical styles and manufacturing processes.

Communicate clearly to vendors through specifications, written comments, digital images, and digital pattern corrections to achieve Designs intent as well as a well-balanced fit.

*Review all the Proto / SMS /Size set and PPS and provide comments to supplier in Citrix system.
