Do you offer discounts for character design?
Yes. Discounts of up to 20% may be available when ordering 3 or more characters, or when this gig is used as a character-development milestone for a full children's book project. The final discount depends on the project scope and will be included in a custom offer.
What does “Additional Illustration” mean in this Gig?
An additional illustration means 1 extra pose or expression of the same selected character. You do not need to add this extra unless you need more artwork than your package includes. Please contact me first to confirm the scope, price, and delivery time. A new character requires a custom offer.
Will I receive all 3 rough concepts as final artwork?
No. The 3 rough concepts are provided for selection only. The final delivery includes 1 selected character according to your chosen package.
Can I change the character concept after selecting one?
Yes, but revisions apply to the selected concept. If you request a completely new design direction after approval, an additional fee may apply.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers minor adjustments to the selected concept, such as colors, facial details, expressions, or small accessories. A new design direction may require an additional fee.
Is this Gig connected to your children’s book illustration service?
Yes. This Gig can be ordered separately or used as the character development milestone of a children’s book project. If you continue with my full-book illustration service for the same story, the amount paid for this Gig will be credited toward the full-book price. Only to the same story and project
Can you match a specific art style?
Yes. Please share your preferred style or visual references before ordering. I will adapt the character design to your project while keeping my own illustration approach. Slight variations may occur depending on the character, story, and project requirements.
Will my project be handled by one illustrator or multiple artists?
One illustrator will handle your project from development to final artwork to maintain consistency. During the initial concept stage, you may receive different character concepts to choose from. Once you select the concept and illustrator that best fits your project, the same illustrator will contin
Which packages include commercial use and copyright transfer?
Basic and Standard do not include commercial use or copyright transfer. Commercial use can be added separately. Premium includes both commercial use and copyright transfer for the final approved artwork after full payment. Unused rough concepts are not included.
What will I receive as proof of the copyright transfer?
For direct Premium orders, the package terms and order record document the copyright transfer. For custom offers, the accepted written quote will also clearly state the transfer terms.
