7-Storey Residential & Commercial Reinforced Concrete Building Design

This project involved the structural analysis and design of a 7-storey reinforced concrete residential and commercial building. The structure was modeled and analyzed using professional structural engineering software, with consideration given to gravity loads, lateral loads, load combinations, member forces, structural stability, and serviceability requirements.

The project included the design and detailing of major structural elements such as reinforced concrete beams, columns, slabs, and foundations, followed by preparation and review of structural design outputs and construction drawings.

The design was carried out in accordance with applicable modern structural design standards, with particular attention to strength, serviceability, reinforcement detailing, structural safety, and practical constructability. The project demonstrates my ability to take a multi-storey reinforced concrete structure from structural modeling and analysis through member design and engineering documentation.
