Your artwork can look perfect on screen and still be rejected by a printer because of bleed, color, resolution, dimensions or PDF settings.
I will preflight and prepare your existing magazine, catalog or advertisement files for professional printing, checking the technical details that can cause production problems before submission.
I can check and correct:
- Bleed, trim and safe margins
- CMYK/RGB and color setup
- Image resolution
- Page size and document dimensions
- Fonts and basic file issues
- Crop/registration marks where required
- PDF/X or printer-specified PDF settings
- Other preflight issues found in the supplied artwork
This is suitable for magazine ads, catalogs, product publications, event advertisements, brochures and similar print files.
If your printer or publisher provided specifications, send them with the artwork and I will work from those requirements.
You provide the existing artwork; I handle the technical print preparation and correction.

Can you fix a file that my printer rejected?
Yes. Send the printer's rejection message or specifications with the artwork so I can identify and correct the applicable file issues.
Can you prepare a magazine or catalog with multiple pages?
Yes. The Standard package covers up to 12 pages and Premium covers up to 24 pages.
Can you work with an existing advertisement?
Yes. The artwork does not need to be redesigned. I can focus on its technical print preparation.
What if my printer gave me specific specifications?
Send them with your order. I will use the supplied dimensions, bleed, color, PDF and other production requirements when preparing the file.
Can you fix bleed and safe-margin problems?
Yes. I can check and correct bleed, trim and safe-area settings where the supplied artwork allows the necessary adjustment.
Can you check CMYK and RGB?
Yes. I check the color setup and make the appropriate technical correction based on the supplied printer or publication requirements.
Can you check image resolution?
Yes. I inspect the artwork for resolution problems that could affect printed output and flag issues that cannot be safely corrected.

This gig is for prepress and technical correction, not a complete creative redesign. If the artwork needs a new visual layout, a design service is more appropriate.
