FAQ
Which social platforms do you support with ManyChat?
I specialize in setup for both Instagram and Facebook Messenger. I can connect your ManyChat account to either platform or both simultaneously.
Can ManyChat respond automatically when people comment on my Instagram posts?
Yes! I can set up comment-to-DM triggers so anyone who leaves a specific keyword under your Instagram posts or Reels receives an instant direct message.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You will need a ManyChat account and admin/management access to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account.
Will this work for delivering lead magnets like PDFs or promo codes?
Absolutely. I design ManyChat flows specifically to deliver download links, discount codes, or booking links instantly in the DM.
