I will be your beta reader

A beta reader is someone from your target audience who can read your final draft before you send it to your editor, following up with detailed feedback from a reader's (not editor's!) perspective. Your work is ready for a beta reader once YOU are happy with the story.

After reading your story or book thoroughly, I will answer these questions in detail for you (as they apply):

• At what point did you feel like "ah, now the story has really begun!"?
• What were the parts you found yourself skimming?
• Did you notice any discrepancies or inconsistencies in time sequences, places, character details, or other details?
• Was there anything that just wasn't working?
• Was there enough conflict, tension, and intrigue to keep your interest?
• Were there any parts you think could/should have been omitted that wouldn't have changed the plot?
• Was the story predictable? If not, what did you expect to happen?
• How did the characters develop throughout the story?
• Did you come away with any unanswered questions?
• Was the ending satisfying? Believable?
