About this Gig

I have vast experience in testing products and providing high-quality feedback and recommendations.
Basic - I will record an overview of your product with verbal feedback. This will be quality feedback but limited to around 10 minutes.
Standard - If you have a more complex product in need of more time I will record or join video conferencing with you to provide detailed feedback. The feedback will be 'off the cuff' and not pre-prepared. This is a 5-star rated service (it used to be my basic package).
(Highly Recommended) Premium - A complete evaluation of usability against heuristics and accessibility guidelines. You will be provided with a comprehensive log of issues and recommendations.
I search for and identify:

- Content issues (spellcheck)

What products can you test?
I can test websites, apps and other digital products as long as they are accessible from a standard device. I will not test products with sexually explicit, gambling, drugs or violent content.
How many testers are included?
The Standard and Premium packages can be tailored to your needs. In most cases I included one or two free usability tests alongside the heuristic evaluation. If you require more you can add test participants for extra cash.
How long does your review take?
Timeframes vary depending on the ask. I endeavour to keep delivery within the stated timeframes but if a solution is more complex or more test participants are required I may request to extend delivery time.
