Will my customers' data go to OpenAI or Google?
If you pick the cloud option, yes — the questions they type go to that provider. If that's a problem, pick the local option instead. It runs on your own machine, works with the internet off, and nothing leaves your building. Tell me which you need before ordering.
Do I need to give you my API key?
No. You create your own key with OpenAI or Google and keep it. I'll send you a one-page guide showing exactly where to paste it. The bill stays in your name and I never hold your credentials.
Can you train it on my own menu, documents or product list?
Yes, that's the whole point. Send PDFs, text files, spreadsheets or just paste the content in a message. Basic takes one source, Standard five, Premium twenty. If your files are messy I'll tell you what needs cleaning before you order.
What if I don't like it?
You get revision rounds built into every package, and I show you the working bot before I call it finished. If something isn't working the way you expected, tell me in the chat and I'll fix it. I'd rather spend an extra day than leave you with something you don't use.
