What do you need to start?
I need your Shopify store URL, a short description of the issue, and temporary staff / collaborator access. Screenshots or screen recording help me fix it faster.
Can you fix any checkout or payment issue?
In most cases yes. I deal with checkout errors, cart problems, payment gateways not working, app conflicts and more. I will always check your issue first and let you know if it’s possible before starting.
Will my live store break while you work?
I work carefully and can use theme duplicates when needed. I always test after changes to make sure everything works before closing the order.
Do you use apps or custom code?
I mainly use clean custom Liquid, CSS and JavaScript so your store stays fast and stable. I only suggest apps when absolutely necessary.
What if my issue is very urgent?
