I'm Hanzla, a Shopify virtual assistant with 4+ years managing stores for owners in fashion, jewelry, home goods and dropshipping. I work inside your Shopify admin every day so nothing waits on you.

1. You add me as a collaborator (I never ask for your password)
2. You send the task list, or I audit the store and suggest one
3. You get a short written update every working day

FAQ
Q: How do I give you access to my store?
A: From Shopify admin go to Settings > Users > Add staff or collaborator, and I'll send you my collaborator request code. You choose exactly which permissions I get, and you can remove me any time. I never ask for your login.
Q: Do you work with dropshipping stores?
A: Yes. I've managed dropshipping stores as well as brands that hold their own stock, so I can handle supplier orders, tracking updates and the customer emails that come with them.
Q: What if I don't know exactly what I need done?
A: Order the Basic package and send me your store link. I'll spend the first part of the time on a quick audit and send you a list of what I'd fix first, then get on with it.
Q: Can you work in my time zone?
A: I work flexible hours and reply within 1 to 2 hours during my working day. For ongoing packages we agree a daily check-in time that suits you.
Q: Do you also build or redesign stores?
A: This gig is for running a store that already exists. If you need a new build or a theme redesign, message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit or send you to someone who does that full time.
