I handle small, visible Shopify theme and settings issues. Access is through a Shopify collaborator account, never your password.
I use AI-assisted tools and check every change on a duplicate theme before anything goes live.
Theme edits stay on a copy. Store-wide settings are separate: I record the original values and get your approval before changing them. I send before/after screenshots; the theme is published only after you approve.
Basic covers 1 small issue, Standard up to 3, and Premium up to 6 with desktop and mobile check screenshots. Revisions cover the agreed issues, not new features.
If I cannot fix the agreed issue, I will request cancellation through Fiverr so you receive a refund under its policy. No fix, no fee.
Not included: app development, checkout or payment code, servers, data migration, SEO ranking guarantees, major redesigns, or ongoing maintenance.

Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I use Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions needed for the agreed task. You approve the request and can remove access afterward. Never send your password or login verification codes.
How do you protect my live store?
Theme changes are made on a duplicate, and I send before/after screenshots for your approval. A theme copy does not isolate store-wide settings. For those, I record the original values and ask before changing them. No theme is published without your approval.
What if you cannot fix the issue?
If I cannot fix the agreed issue, I will request cancellation through Fiverr. Once cancellation is completed, funds are normally returned to your Fiverr balance. Refunds to a payment provider follow Fiverr's separate refund process.
Can you redesign my entire store?
No. This Gig covers small, visible theme and settings fixes. Full redesigns, new apps, checkout or payment code, servers, migration, SEO ranking guarantees, and ongoing maintenance are outside the scope.
