Most agents are live within 24–72 hours. Complex builds with CRM integrations may take up to 5 days. Message me first and I'll give you an honest timeline before you order.
What can the AI voice agent do?
It answers & makes calls 24/7, qualifies leads, books appointments, collects customer info, handles FAQs, and pushes data to your CRM — all automatically without human involvement.
Which platforms do you use?
Retell AI or Vapi for voice, n8n or Make.com for automation, and Twilio for telephony. I also integrate with GHL, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Airtable and more depending on your needs.
Can it integrate with my CRM or calendar?
Yes. I connect your agent to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Airtable, and more via n8n or Make.com. If your tool has an API, I can integrate it.
Are call and usage costs included?
No. Retell/Vapi usage fees and Twilio telephony costs are separate and billed directly by those platforms. I'll advise you on the cheapest setup for your call volume before we start.
Do I need to provide scripts?
Not necessarily. If you have a script, great — send it over. If not, I'll write one based on your business and get your approval before building. It's included in every package.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your business use case, any tools you use (CRM, calendar), and access to your Retell or Vapi account. I handle everything else from there.
