About this Gig
Your website or app may look good, but that doesnt always mean it works well for your users. If people hesitate, get confused or dont take action, the issue is often not visual, but experiential.
I review and test your website or app from a real users perspective. I go through it the way your users would and look at what feels clear, what doesnt, and where friction appears. The goal is to give you honest, practical UX feedback that helps you improve usability and make better design and content decisions.
As an experienced UX/UI designer, I take the time to properly review the overall experience. I look at structure, flow and details that are easy to overlook, and explain why certain choices work against your users. Everything I share is based on observation, logic and user behaviour, so the feedback is clear and easy to apply.
This gig is a good fit if your product is live but underperforming, or if you want an objective outside perspective before redesigning or developing further. If youre unsure which package fits your situation, feel free to reach out. Im happy to think along.
