What do I need to provide for you to start?
I need a clear description of the error (screenshots help!) and access to your source code. This can be a GitHub/Bitbucket repository link, or a zip file. If the issue is server-side, I may need SSH or cPanel access.
What happens if you can't fix the bug?
If I cannot fix the issue we agreed upon, I will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. You have zero risk.
Does this gig cover adding new features?
This gig is specifically for fixing existing bugs and errors. If you need a new feature developed (like a new payment gateway or a new page), please message me for a custom offer!
Can you work directly on my live (production) server?
Yes, I can. However, I highly recommend we work on a staging site or local copy first to ensure safety. If we must work on the live site, please ensure you have a backup of your data before we begin.
